Data We Process
The app stores company account data, user accounts, customer records, orders, quotes, tasks, attachments, inventory records, price list entries, schedule entries, notifications and app settings.
Uploaded files and generated archives are stored per company account. Push notification subscriptions are stored when a user enables browser or mobile push notifications.
Purpose
Data is processed to provide order management, production planning, customer communication, inventory tracking, document generation, notifications, data export and account administration.
Sharing
Data is not sold. Data may be processed by hosting, database, storage, email, push notification or support providers where required to operate the service, or disclosed where legally required.
Security
The service is designed for tenant-separated company accounts. Production deployments should use HTTPS, strong secrets, restricted database access, backups, audit-friendly operational access and current dependency updates.
Retention, Export and Deletion
Admins can export company data from the app settings. Company owners can request account deletion in the app. Users can also submit deletion requests through the public deletion page.
